These terms govern your use of the TowGency platform, including our website, apps, and services.

1. Use of the service

You must be 18 or older to request services. Provide accurate location and contact information when making a request.

2. Pricing

Prices are shown upfront before dispatch. If conditions change en route, we will ask for your approval before the provider continues.

3. Service-level guarantee

If a provider does not show up after a confirmed dispatch, we will re-dispatch and automatically credit the booking fee. Force-majeure events (severe weather, civil unrest) are excluded.

4. Provider conduct

All TowGency providers must hold a valid licence, vehicle registration, and insurance. Violations result in suspension and removal.
