Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains what data TowGency collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We comply with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

1. What we collect

Account information (name, phone, email), location (for dispatch), service requests, payment data, and device telemetry. We do not sell personal data.

2. How we use it

To match requests to providers, complete payments, detect fraud, and improve the service. We do not show your full contact information to providers — only what they need to reach the location.

3. Sharing

Verified providers receive the minimum data needed to complete the job. Payment processors receive what they need to process the transaction. We never share data with advertisers.

4. Your choices

Request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account by emailing privacy@towgency.com.
